Lotus Exige Manifold & Exhaust

Recently we had this Honda K20 powered series one Lotus Exige in the workshop for a 4 into 1 equal length manifold, and exhaust with re-packable silencer. It was designed with the cars future in mind, as the customer will soon be upgrading the power with the help of bigger cams, and a few other mods to suit the drive-ability of the car.

The system has been expertly crafted from 1.2mm 304 stainless steel, fully TIG welded and back-purged for the highest quality possible. As longevity is critical with our products we built a repackable silencer and used our high temperature packing which is suitable for over 800 degrees! This means that not only will the sound be consistent for a long time, but will be easy to rejuvenate when necessary.
